Mary Delgado is certainly getting more and more bad reps after being arrested the second time within a year. The Bachelor 6th season winner was arrested in November 2007 on a charge of domestic battery for punching her fiancee, Byron Velvick, in the face.
Mary, 41, reportedly got into an argument with employees at Lorina’s Cantina, a local bar in Texas, after she was asked to leave because of her intoxicated state. Delgado refused to leave, police were called to take care of the situation. The smart, sophisticated woman that she is, Mary argued that it was her “constitutional right” to remain at the bar as long as she pleased.
And, despite both arrests, Byron still wants to marry Mary. The two are still engaged and the wedding is reportedly still scheduled for 2008. Should be an interesting wedding...
