Steven Emory Butcher - Forest Arson Arrested

Steven Emory Butcher has been found guilty of starting fires in Los Padres National Forest at the same time that wildfires are burning up southern California again.

The mentally ill homeless man was held responsible for a two separate fires that destroyed more than 162,000 acres.

Butcher's first conviction related to an Ellis fired that burned 70-acres. Four years later, the now 50-year old man ignited the Day fire that would burn for a month, injuring 18 people, wiping out 11 structures and running up $100 million in fire fighting costs. Both fires started as campfires that Butcher lost control of.

Aside from the 45 month sentence, Butcher was ordered to pay more than $100 million in restitution. An amount U.S. attorney Thorn Mrozek admits will likely go unpaid.

"The likelihood of (Butcher) being able to meet that restitution payment is extremely slim. But we'll do everything we can to recover whatever we can from him."

Coincidently, on the same day that Butcher was sentenced a 16-year old already in custody in Santa Barbara was charged with starting the Gap fire that burned nearly 10,000 cares of Los Padres National Forest earlier this year.

Mary Delgado Pictures - Byron Velvick 'The Bachelor's Fiancee Arrested

Mary Delgado is certainly getting more and more bad reps after being arrested the second time within a year. The Bachelor 6th season winner was arrested in November 2007 on a charge of domestic battery for punching her fiancee, Byron Velvick, in the face.

Mary, 41, reportedly got into an argument with employees at Lorina’s Cantina, a local bar in Texas, after she was asked to leave because of her intoxicated state. Delgado refused to leave, police were called to take care of the situation. The smart, sophisticated woman that she is, Mary argued that it was her “constitutional right” to remain at the bar as long as she pleased.

And, despite both arrests, Byron still wants to marry Mary. The two are still engaged and the wedding is reportedly still scheduled for 2008. Should be an interesting wedding...

The world's most beloved rodent made his on-screen debut on November 18th, 1928 at the Colony Theater in New York in Walt Disney's animated film "Steamboat Willie."

It was the first animated film with sound, starting both Mickey and Disney on the path to international stardom.

Over the years Mickey's look changed, but his popularity never wavered. He also appeared as the "Sorcerer's Apprentice" in the 1940 film "Fantasia" and became a national phenomenon in 1955, when the "Mickey Mouse Club" debuted on TV.

Jing Hua Wu Kills SiPort CEO, Sid Agrawal

Jing Hua Wu, former employee of SiPort, shot and killed his ex-CEO Sid Agrawal and VP Brian Pugh. Currently, the 47 year old man is still at large after the shooting occured at Silicon Valley.

Jing Hua Wu is previously listed in an online business network as working at SiPort, a semiconductor company. The listing identified him as a lead product test engineer.

Police are asking people in the area to look out for Wu, considered armed and dangerous. He is an Asian man, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 170 pounds, with black hair and black eyes.

Wu may be driving a silver four-door Mercury Mariner sport utility vehicle with California license plate No. 6CJU602.

Cindy Garrison (born 1972) is an outdoors guide and host of the ESPN Outdoors program, Get Wild! With Cindy Garrison.

Garrison grew up in Northern California and Oregon. Her parents, both of whom hunt and fish, introduced her to the sports as a child. When she traveled to Botswana with her father in 1998, she so enjoyed the experience that she stayed for five years, running camps for a safari company as well as founding her own safari company.

In 2003, Garrison became co-host of ESPN2’s In Search of Fly Water, which ran for two seasons. Her stint on this show led her current job as host of Get Wild! Garrison’s current show is probably most notable for its exotic locations and her “extreme” approach to outdoor pursuits.

In September 2006, she became an official spokeswoman for Women in the Outdoors.

Currently Deborah Norville (mostly mispronounced as Debra Norville), is on of the hottest searched women on Google. It's probably because she appeared in the Friday Night's show of Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader. She appeared at the show earlier this evening, along with former L.A. Lakers star Rick Fox, and competed for charity.
